Overview:
Tami is an Associate Lawyer with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP. She is a dually qualified lawyer with practice experience in corporate law, having practiced in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom where she specialized in providing legal compliance and advisory services in corporate restructuring transactions.
Tami joined Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP as an Articling student in September 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2024. Currently, she practices as a Business Lawyer with the Business Law team, focusing on contract and deal negotiation and conducting legal due diligence in private acquisitions. Tami believes in a results-oriented approach during negotiations and leverages her extensive knowledge of commercial law policies to offer clients a comprehensive perspective.
She is also experienced in the use of legal technology and continuously develops her expertise to enhance practice innovation for her clients.
