Louie is an associate lawyer with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP offering his clients strategic legal thinking in all aspects of Business Law and Corporate/Commercial matters. The experience and legal knowledge Louie has developed over his career allow him to implement efficient and practical solutions to the wide variety of business and corporate matters that his clients face on a day to day basis. Louie’s approach to negotiating, settling, and completing transactions and identifying and addressing the needs and concerns of his clients ensures that Louie’s clients receive desired results and fair outcomes in all matters.

Louie has been a resident of the greater Toronto area since he moved to Canada in 1975. Louie joined Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP in 2004.

Outside of law, Louie enjoys soccer, theatre, hockey, golfing, and fishing.
