Kalen Brady


Kalen is a Partner of Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP and a member of PDC’s Estates, Wills, and Real Estate Group. In addition to this work Kalen also has extensive experience in the area of personal injury.

Kalen advises executors, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries regarding their rights and responsibilities. He is a leading practitioner in the area of estates litigation, estates administration, substitute decision making, and guardianship law.

Kalen is frequently retained to assist in issues involving disputes over wills, powers of attorney, common law spouse rights, estate management, guardianship of minors and dependants, and other estate related matters.

Kalen also handles a multitude of complex, serious personal injury cases on behalf of accident victims and their families. Kalen’s experience allows him to find the important balance between aggressive advocacy and fair and timely resolution.

Kalen passionately supports the rights of accident victims. Through his involvement with the Brain Injury Association in Brampton, Mississauga, and beyond he helps to raise public awareness of the difficulties faced by head injury victims.

Kalen represents a wide-range of clientele many of whom are the victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and denials of long term disability benefits and other insurance coverages.
