James is an associate lawyer with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP.  James offers his clients clear concise practical legal advice explained in plain language.  This advice is presented in a manner that is comfortable and friendly, yet always professional.  James draws on his experience from 35 plus years in the legal profession to give clients legal services that are efficient, client interest driven and directed to obtaining results.  A client’s interests are his primary concern. A client who has confidence in him and who is happy with his work is his primary goal.

James’ areas of practice are Business Law, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Law, Wills and Powers of Attorney Law, Estates Administration Law, Capacity Law, Employment Law and Human Rights Law. He also conducts Mediations and Arbitrations.

James was born in Toronto but has practiced law and lived in Brampton with his family since 1978.  After 13 years with Pratt & Logan and then 4 years as a sole practitioner, James associated with Acri, MacPherson in 2000 and was with them and the successor firm, Fader Furlan Moss LLP in Brampton until he joined Prouse, Dash & Crouch, LLP in 2015.  James is married to Linda and has one daughter, Danielle.
