Eva is a Partner at Prouse, Dash & Crouch, LLP who has practised exclusively in all areas of family law in Brampton for over 20 years, with her law clerk, Crystal Osmond.

Eva is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Eva’s family law practice is dedicated to the protection of her clients’ interests and the promotion of fair resolution for their families. Eva has extensive experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and appellate experience in the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Eva specializes in all areas of family law and divorce, including custody, access, child support, spousal support, property division and preservation. Eva will work with her clients to reach resolution of all such issues by way of collaborative negotiations or litigation.

Eva has appeared in courts throughout Ontario including Brampton, Toronto, Newmarket, Orangeville, Milton, Hamilton, Guelph, Barrie, Woodstock, Goderich, London, Sarnia, and Owen Sound.
