Bob is a partner of Prouse, Dash and Crouch LLP, with 35 years of experience representing proprietors, partners, shareholders and businesses, banks and consumers with respect to transactions, relationships, and liabilities. Bob practices in the areas of real estate, both residential and commercial, commercial bank security, small business advice of all natures, commercial leases, incorporations, shareholders agreements and disputes, partnership agreement and disputes, and negotiations for deals.
Bob joined the firm in 1985, after some years practising in Mississauga. It felt good to be home. A lifelong Brampton resident, Bob married a Brampton girl and raised his family in the Brampton hamlet of Churchville, where he continues to reside.
When he’s not practicing law, Bob enjoys engaging in heritage preservation, golfing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
